CIVIL LITIGATION

Gupta Legal Center has represented Plaintiffs and Defendants in a variety of lawsuits including fraud, breach of contract, torts, elder abuse, negligence, predatory lending, and a variety of other claims.  Although litigation can be costly, clients are often left with litigation as their only means of legal redress.  We help our clients file suit after determining that litigation is our client’s best strategy to achieve their legal goals.  Similarly, we defend clients who have been sued and work with them to determine their liabilities and formulate the best defense strategy based on their situation.  This could mean settling a claim quickly and efficiently or defending a client through trial.  Litigation can be time consuming and costly.  As a result, we strive to manage expectations in order to allow each client to choose the litigation strategy that best meets their needs.
